Why I Started Insurance Advisors of Florida
I co-founded Insurance Advisors of Florida in 2006 because I saw too many Floridians making one of the most important financial decisions of their lives — choosing a health plan — without anyone in their corner. Insurance is complicated, and the wrong plan can cost a family thousands of dollars they didn’t expect to spend.
Before entering insurance, I spent ten years as a licensed nurse in Florida. That experience taught me how the healthcare system actually works from the inside — and how critically important it is to have the right coverage when you need it most. I brought that perspective into insurance, and it shapes how we work with every client.
