Chad's background as a Licensed Florida Nurse gives him a rare clinical perspective: he doesn't just explain plan options, he helps clients understand what their coverage actually means for their real-world health outcomes.
Tina brought deep expertise in human resources and employee benefits from her leadership career at Universal Orlando. Together, they built an agency rooted in education, transparency, and genuine care for every client's outcome. That philosophy hasn't changed in 20 years.

Chad has been a licensed health insurance agent since 2004, specializing in ACA Marketplace plans, Medicare, and group benefits for Florida families and businesses. Before insurance, he spent a decade as a Licensed Florida Nurse — giving him a clinical foundation that sets him apart. He doesn't just explain plan options; he helps clients understand what their coverage means for their actual health outcomes.
With 15+ years of Medicare specialization, deep ACA Marketplace expertise, and dual graduate degrees, Chad brings a level of guidance most agents simply can't match. He is a Florida Blue Top 100 Agent focused on finding the right fit for every Florida family he serves.
Tina is a Florida Blue Top 100 agent and the President of Insurance Advisors of Florida. She brings a distinguished background in human resources and organizational leadership — including senior roles at Universal Orlando — that gives her exceptional command of employer-sponsored benefits, group health plans, and ICHRA strategy.
As our Group and ICHRA specialist, Tina is the go-to advisor for Florida businesses navigating employee benefits. She combines her HR leadership expertise with deep insurance knowledge to help employers offer smarter, more affordable coverage options to their teams.
